In the Fall of 2013, I had the amazing experience to go study abroad in Thailand. Before that, I was interning at the Shedd Aquarium. My internship was to help them edit video the web and different exhibits. When I was telling them how I would be abroad in Thailand, they asked me if I would want to help out with a Seahorse Conservation program in the Gulf of Thailand.
How could I say no? I headed to the south of the country to film and edit a video series on the iSeahorse Conservation project. I got a chance to snorkel and be on the boat for three days with other researchers, students, and marine biologists, it was an amazing opportunity.
They now use the videos for educational and conservation purposes.
